As Director of Residential Sales at Oxford Rhine Real Estate, Matt oversees the marketing, agent development, and operations of the residential sales division. Matt is also a licensed Realtor, coming to Oxford Rhine after building his real estate career as a successful agent at Kentucky Select Properties.

Clients regularly refer Matt to friends and family because he is a proven, local market expert who offers exceptional service. So whether it’s seeking a place to call home, selling a property, or discovering a quality investment opportunity, Matt is uniquely qualified to get the job done. Matt is a licensed Realtor with both the Greater Louisville and National Associations of Realtors (NAR), and he has earned the coveted Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation awarded by NAR.

Matt is a Louisville native and has spent most of his life in the Derby City. After graduating from Louisville Collegiate School in 2002, Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2006. Matt spent several years in Washington D.C., working on Capitol Hill in the U.S. Senate and in the private sector for a lobbying firm before moving back home to Louisville and beginning his real estate career.

Matt is heavily involved in his community and loves to support the local businesses, restaurants, events, and charities that make Louisville such a great place to call home.  He currently  serves on the board of directors for the Frazier History Museum. Matt and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Louisville with their daughter, Winnie, and their dog child, Beasley.
